Speaking of food

Publié le par Ian

In a previous blog I was mentioning that I missed home food from back home.

But I have to admit that Chinese food can be very good.

You know before I came to Asia, the only thing I knew about Chinese food was from "Bill Wong" and "Le Mandarin" (Huge buffet in Montreal).

I now remember that I never saw any Chinese people inside besides the ones who were working there.
I know why now!

Look at this.
That's chicken.

A liver stew. I hate liver, but here it doesn't taste like the dry piece of "what ever" My parents use to give me. It's good.

Fried beef and vegetables.
Yummy.
Here is half the table we ate tonight and this is considered a cheap restaurant in Taiwan.

I'll tell you one thing. When or if I ever come back to Canada. I will never again go to eat in a Chinese buffet.
I will probably try to find the ugliest restaurant in Chinatown and eat there.
An other thing. I will look to see if there are any Chinese people inside.

I suggest that you try. It might shock you.

Who nows, now that I can speak Chinese, I might even get a discount.

Ha ha ha.

lol!
