Racing licence.
Last Saturday I went to take the test for a racing licence for the longtan race track.
To my surprised it was not very elaborated.
The teacher gave us advices on rules and regulations and the flag system of the race track.
The class was all in Chinese but I was lucky enough to have one of the teachers translate the final test for me.
The funny part is that every time that I was giving an answer, the teacher was telling me if it was right or not and then he would let me change my answers. Ha ha ha
After words, all of us that took the test (about 40 bikes) went to the track to have some fun. It was crowded but fun. For once I was not one of the fastest on the track. There were some amazingly fast riders there.
The race track officials asked me if I would like to enter the race this Sunday. I said no. But looking back on this I kind of regret it.
I will go to watch the race this weekend and I think that I will enter next months race. Not to win but just for the experience.
Of course I will make a video of the event to share with you.
You know, on the race track I don't have any pride. I am more concerned with safety. I don't care even if I finish last.
